We'll also need a new changing table and a dresser, as well as a car seat. Our previous car seat was also a hand-me-down, and it expired (those things actually do have expiration dates, as per safety codes and etc.)
So although they are semi-big-ticket items, at least that's really all that we'll need.
However, the rest of the family has some needs as well:
Noodle needs more sleep before the baby comes. She's working on it right now.Banana needs - um, actually, Banana's good for now.
Chicken Nugget stated her need to me last night: She said very politely that if she were to get a football helmet before the big arrival, she felt she'd be all ready for the new baby.

How sweet! I wish you were here in AR, because in March there is a huge consignment sale called Duck Duck Goose. It's very popular because everything is like-new and safety items (carseats, etc) are inspected by the state police before they are able to be sold. SO.... if you want, I'll be happy to go and pick some things up for you.
I quickly registered at Target.com, but we expect to pick most things up at yard sales.
Oh, Jennifer, when in March is the consignment sale? We may be visiting sometime in March.

A football helmet? For protection or because she's into football these days? How funny! Looks like I'm about 4 days behind you on my pregnancy. We should be finding out the gender next week. Have you tried that baby ticker thing on facebook? I can't get it to show my days and what the baby (supposedly) looks like.
Little Pig, I hardly even look at facebook anymore! I'm so bad. But my hubby has the baby ticker on his facebook and it seems to work. You can send him a message on facebook - he's a facebook pro and I am sure he can help you! What would be wild is if you, Tamara, and I all delievered ON THE SAME DAY!!!! Let's try, ok?
